The Campaign Cabinet provides leadership and vision for the Forever LSU Campaign. Members of the cabinet lead the campaign philanthropically through their own financial commitments and work in close collaboration with the chancellors, the foundations and the professional development staff to lead the volunteer committees of the campaign. The cabinet takes responsibility for achieving the overall campaign goal and ensuring that volunteer leadership is identified and recruited for each segment of the campaign.
Members of the LSU Alumni Association, the LSU Foundation, the Tiger Athletic Foundation, the LSU Board of Supervisors, and other advisory, development, and volunteer boards of the constituent colleges and units of the University fully in the campaign. In addition to their ongoing respective roles as policy makers and advisors, board members assist the Campaign Cabinet in soliciting gifts.
Each college, unit, and campus will recruit and organize its own Campaign Committee to pursue philanthropic support of its funding within the overall context of the Forever LSU Campaign. Each unit will have its own campaign goal within the campus-wide goal.
The campaign volunteer committee consists of regional campaign committees focusing on the prospect pools in their respective areas.
